Thanks everyone for the hearty welcome. I've already found myself actively involved in one of the discussions in the Horse Training topic (Horse Rearing thread), and would be happy to post information about the Costa Rican horse scene but am not sure where to post it. Horse Chat seems to be the only place it might fit, but based on cursory review, the posts there all seem to be a bit frivolous. Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome to the forum! I have a friend who's parent's were born and raised in Costa Rica, he keeps saying he wants to move back down there, they have banana plantations down there! Love your pictures, and you new foal! Cathy

I just scanned another photo of Viajero. The quality isn't great, but it's a sideview and even at a walk you can get a pretty good idea of his foreleg movement. ![]() This Sunday Viajero and I rode in a tope (horse parade) with about 300 other horses. It was a lot of fun. |
