Great News!! Waaaahhhooo

Okay I am ECSTATIC right now!!
My moms old firned...John..she used to board at his place when she was a teen, and her friend Michelle became great friends with him, and still is. Well my mom and I have become friends of Johns, and a few years ago, he bought his usual 2 yearlings form the auction. (every 2 or 3 years,, after the previous are sold, he buys 2 more, trains, and re-sells them) He has been in horses since he was 5 yrs old...
anyways... I sometimes ride his Perch cross Hans with his granddaughters, or get lessons form Michelle...
ANYWAYS sorry im getting off track..but
One of the yearlings he bought a few years ago is an adorable little strawberry roan saddlebred/QH cross named Mandy. I have been in love with this little mare since he got her, and wnated to buy her when she was 2. he said no, bevcause he didnt know what sort of horse she was yet, and how she would take to riding, and didnt want the "burden" of traiing her...and didnt want me disapointed.
That was all fine. I got Takaya instead a few months later.
But now he is selling his property in Richmond (a few blocks form my barn) and moving up to his ranch in Williams Lake to FINALLY retire with his 3 Horses- yans, Pearl,a nd probobly Jessie..his other Colt form auction.
He is still Selling Mandy, and due to him becoming ill..shes untrained, but has been ridden bareback by his grandaughters int he field. she is a goof, and NOTHING phases her! shes so cute, and just wants love and someone to trust. she has never been abused and is just an aweosme little girl with Personality PLUS!
so he was saying if someone offered me $1000 I would sell her...so with me looking for a young horse...and I have trained Cody, and have worked with other peoples young horses, I think I am ready to start her...with the help of a pro ofcourse!

So today..in a few hours I am going to call and ask him! Wish me luck guys..I REALLY love her, and couldnt imagine her being sold!!
