Great News!!!

I have gotten 2 emails from Kelly (the girl who bought Ghost) this past week.

She says she has settled in and is doing great.
She goes out with her other horses and they are getting along well.
She has been riding her and says shes been terrific so far (can I predict stuff or what?)
She had her teeth floated and her wolf teeth pulled
She said she was good about that and good for the sedative shot
She is starting to realize that her food wont be taken away from her.

Im so happy! Although I am confused about one thing. I thought mares didnt get wolf teeth? And arent wolf teeth supposed to be pulled way before the age of 5!?
Anyway, just thought you all would like the update and the great news I have received from her Im so happy that she is in a place that she likes and that Kelly isnt having problems with her. I knew if I could pair her up with the right person she would be great!

i didnt think they did get wolf teeth... but they might.

I'm happy for you Dani! Sounds like she's gonna be a very happy girl with Kelly... as far as I know mares get Wolf Teeth, and they can come in at 5 years of age... my mares Wolf's didnt come in til then, but they barely broke surface and never bothered her and the vet said she'd be fine...so we didnt bother with them.

Again, I'm glad Ghost is happy in her new home!

lol yea huntseat...shes a doll when Im not dealing with her. I really just think her and I didnt clash well lol

I almost had heart failure when I saw the email from Kelly. I was thinking "omg she killed somebody" LOL! I was so happy when it was good news! I never get good news about Ghost! lol

Well, just be thankful she really DIDN'T kill somebody. Eek!

And like you said, maybe the two of you just weren't right for each other.

O trust me I am!! lol I almost died at the email I was afraid to open it LOL!

I think she didnt like me...partially because I didnt grain her and I grained Shiloh when they first came here. I think that made her think I didnt like her.
