| Senior Member+  |  grandpa's cancer surgery ***UPDATE post #13***another UPDATE #19 & 23***
Some people wanted updates as this goes along so here's one more. The surgery is on Friday. He went to the doctor yesterday to do a check up exam and blood work and stuff. The doctor told him that the surgery is his only shot at living, that is if they even get all of the tumor out. Without the surgery he will not make it, they gave him 6 months tops, probably not even that long. The doc said that chemo or radiation won't help so they're not doing it. He is in a lot of pain and it hurts me to see him like this because he is a very active person. He usually walks at least 5 miles a day and is always doing stuff outside. It is killing him to just lay around all day and not do anything. I really hope they get all the tumor out. So guys please start sending up prayers for him that they get all the tumor out and to ease his pain. I will give you another update after the surgery when they tell me. Thanks guys!
