Got my new horse, he needs a color!

Yay, I finally get to make new horse threads

So I got up incredibly early this morning to ride, and now I have lots of free time because all my friends are still sleeping, lol. Thus, I had about 45 minutes to **** around on Paint, trying to decide what my new horse's official color should be.

He's a 5yo 16.2hh dark bay OTTB with a blaze and two hind socks. He's a bit bleached out, but I think his true color is on his neck. Now that he has a good diet and will get lots of grooming, I think his coat will be that healthy darker color.

My favorite color is wine/maroon-ish; and both horses I've had before have had that color. I still like it, and I think it would look lovely on my new boy, but I'm also ready for something new. I'm taking hunter lessons, and we're very very low key; it wouldn't matter if I showed up in tie-dye. But I do like to look classy So bright and fun colors are ok as long as they look good and don't totally remove the focus from my horse.

I'm obviously not dead set on these exact shades (as in if you'd rather see him in pastel green, go ahead and vote for the lime), but these are pretty general colors. Also, feel free to vote for your favorites, but I'm trying to narrow it down (I tried like 1000 different options on Paint, haha), so please don't vote for more than two or three

#1: Navy

#2: Red

#3: Burgundy

#4: Baby blue

#5: Hunter green

#6: Teal

#7: Gold

#8: Pink (as much as I like it, I don't think I can subject my gelding to this humiliation)

#9: Lime green

I really like the baby blue. The pink looks nice also, but yeah you're right.

I just wanted to pop in and say a HUGE congratulations!! You must be so excited! He's beautiful!

I say a leather halter, the navy blue, or the burgundy would look great on him.

Congrats on the new horse!!

I think this is the first horse that i've acctually liked lime green with his coat. My favorites are Burgandy for show, and maybe light blue or lime green for fun!
