Talking Got an AWESOME pair of winter paddock boots!!

I went boot shopping today. My plan was to get some in dress boot style but it didn't work out. For some reason I could not get my heel into them. I know calves are usually the issue with tall boots but my heels were deffinetly the issue for these boots. Anyways, so I got some Ariat Frostbiter Lace up boots for $80 on sale. (Originally $100) I LOVE them! They're comfy, warm and I think they look sharp. Here's a pic of them:

Oohhh... those are really nice! I was oogling them in a catalog the other day. Let me know how you like them, I probably need to be looking into winter boots too.

Did you try on any tall zip-ups? Could you not get your heel *in"? Was that the issue? Zip ups really help with that, imo.

lindsayanne, like the only tack store around that has English stuff at all only has a very small selection so no, they didn't have zip up winter dress boots but if they did I would have gotten those. I havn't worn them riding yet, but I've been wearing them around the house to get them broken in a little, lol. So far they're very comfy and in the house they're deffinetly too warm!

I tried those on a couple weeks ago and I found them very uncomfortable, but I'm glad they fit you nice!
I bought the Mountain Horse hightop winter boots.
