Plus he's an Andy, and they aren't your mellow Warmblood anyways...so his temperment and "jitteryness" look to be spot on for a hotter horse that is obviously incredibly trained to be doing the high school movements.

He's the type I like...I think American breeders have lost a lot of the essence of the Spanish horses in their breeding programs. He's built like a baroque horse should be, compact everywhere, through his neck and back...with the correct head type. If I ever got my Andalusian, and I had the money, I would want to import from Spain. Unfortuanately, that looks to be a slim chance.

Hey There, No I don't own the stallion on the clip, but Fuerst Grayheart (Fuerst Gotthard) I was just telling her, that we had a similar looking stallion that was a different breed, and a good mover. That's all. I am happy to mail DVD's to mare owners interested.

Your stallion is nice but I don't see the similarity?

I completely agree. I too, would import. I think somewhere along the lines these breeds were corrupted in the states. Not necessarily bad horses, but far from what they originally were bred to be.

Mainly just colour, and a powerful mover as well, just a different breed.
