Goofy Colored Stallion

I'm looking for this stud that is either a bay and white, or black and white, frame overo. I believe he is a THOROUGHBRED and not actually a paint, he was one of those oddballs.
Anyways. From one side he looks like one horse, from the other a different horse.
And he's quite famous. Someone posted about him. I can't think of his name or find a picture of him.

Any help?

Never mind. I found him and he isn't a thoroughbred. It's Gambling Man.

That's a Splash Overo... certainly possible, they're my favorite!!! They're also the rarest of the Overo pattern...

Gambling Man was like that... he was a very famous Paint... he was actually full bred Quarter Horse, but had to be registered Paint because of the old white rule...

It's very hard to find pictures of him... there's not many out there... but here he is both sides.

(In case the pictures don't show up here's a link to him...)

I think I've showed his pictures a few times now. He's one of my favorites... along with Dreamfinder (Appaloosa who is also deceased) and Hollywood Dun it (QH who is deceased) Strange how all of my favorites are gone.

I would love to have a horse that resembled him.

He is quite exotic looking that is for sure! He looks like someone poured chocolate syrup on him! Someone said he has died? how old was he, and what did he die from?

I love gambling man... he was a GREAT jumper too. I remember the article in Horse and Rider about him and how when he was retired his trainer took him and jumped a full course of jumps bridleless. Also a story of how he got loose one time and someone cornered him with their car and he actually jumped over the car lol.

He was a gorgeous horse and threw some really great babies
