I'd love to have a splash white one day. Splash isnt connected with frame or LWO is it? I mean, I know a horse could have both at the same time,..but if he were ONLY splash..wouldnt they be LWO neg? I know, a different issue all together, but I just figured somebody who knew more about Splash would know this?

Splash is an Overo pattern, but is separate from the Frame Overo, and Frame is what has the OLWS attached to it.
