Angry Good or Bad Trainer?

I have switched trainers recently and I had an extremely bad lesson. I was partly my own fault but my trainer never really help the situation. She just got madder as the lesson went on untill I just tuned her out. She has never been like this but now Im wondering if it was just a bad day or if she just really has a problem with me. Any advice on what the heck I should do? HELP!!!

I would stick with her maybe she was having a bad day. If it happens again i would find a new trainer.

take one more lesson and if shes the same way leave. dont waste your money if she isnt helping! if u see her before then and shes egnoreing u than leave be4 the next lesson. Tell her "it just isn't work out". That should do it. Good luck

Keep in mind you are paying her to teach you. While she may be having a bad day, she doesnt need to treat you poorly. There is such a thing as taking a time out. As for ignoring you. Remain polite, and give it another try. If she is ill towards you, or makes you un comfortable, then yes find another trainer.

I had the same problem! If you dont like her ALOT switch trainers. You're there to have fun .. not get yelled at. I dont think a trainer should ever makes someone feel bad unless they deserve it ... by like doing something dumb because of laziness lol

A good trainer will not talk yo you while you are doing an exercise. They should explain what and how they would like it done before you start and tell you how you did after. You are learning a skill like driving or basketball except uring a horse with a mind of his own. Having an instructor shouting ar worse yet using a walkie talkie while you are trying to get it all together just makes it imposible! It is NOT like learning math!
