Good ole' boots.... having issues again

So I just got this pair of boots off eBay that seem to be very nice, and they fit me very well everywhere except the bottem of the calf.

I cant see giving them up because we got such a good price and they are exactly what I'm looking for.

So my question is, is there like some kind of sock thingy that I can put under my boots to fill out that space? (and it cant really be a thick sock because its VERY hot outside, I bake as it is.)

Any ideas would be FANTASTIC. Thanks!

Take them to a boot shop and have them fitted for you. If you need to take some material out, they can add a zipper and take some extra out. If there already is a zipper, you can have them undo the seam and take extra out.

That sounds perfect. Do you know how much about much that would cost?
