We arrived yesterday around 7pm. Horses all traveled well. Excited to get over to the barn and get the tackroom set up and get to work! I have pictures but no time to post them but I will try to this evening if I get a chance

Best of luck to you and your crew Mutrok! I'd love to see any photos you get.

Back when I was showing in the late 80's and into the 1990's, I qualified to go to the World Show many years in several different classes (I was still a 'Youth' shower at the time, but qualified in several open classes as well). We considered going, but the cost and distance to get there (from Nova Scotia, Canada all the way to Texas, yikes!!) kept us home. We hauled 18 hours to Mass, and that was plenty far for us.
Looking back, I'd love to have had the chance to see how I'd have fared. Guess I should just be glad I was able to compete and qualify for that level at a young age.

Not at all. You didn't hear it from me. Yeah, I'm biased. I wouldn't mind a place a bit drier and cooler than south of Houston though.
