thanks!

no, this is his first and only this year// Im not planning on breeding him this year either..since Ginger is being "retired" and our other two mares are being ridden. its OK though..he is a "working" horse first and foremost. I think we are going to see about getting him started in the roping box. a good friend of ours is a pro header..we'll see though

Ginger looks like a great old gal. Your stud is drool worthy too. I hope everything goes smoothly when the time comes! I'll be watching this thread.

Nothing yet..Early Watch starts the 21st..she is big and very uncomfortable looking..Lilly was messing with her last night and Ginger was definantly not amused.

big bag, big belly..no wax..she usually waxes a day or so before going...

I do have to add..Im going to miss foaling this mare out...shes got her signs and is all professional about the whole business..I usually dont worry a whole bunch...and am always simply a passive observer.

Ginger Says

Get this darn foal outta me!

Still nothing yet..Im going to be moving her up to the front pen, so I can keep a better eye on her....

This is the part I love AND hate about foaling mares out!

I went out to feed this AM and in the dawn, I SWORE I saw spindly foal legs on the other side of her..just a trick of the light though..LOL
