Question Getting dragged by western stirrups

I am TERRIFIED of being dragged. Ive never been dragged, but the one time I didnt use those rubber band english stirrups, autumn bucked me off and my foot did get stuck. Luckily, my bridle was too loose and i ripped it right off her head, and she stopped. I think out of shock

I know your foot shouldnt get stuck if youre wearing riding boots and have your foot in the right spot..

I know they have those plastic ones, that dont look like stirrups. It just a plastic part that goes around your foot. I dont want those, but if you know the website for them, could you give it to me ? I will be getting those if I find nothing else

Any "safety stirrups" for western saddles?

Thanks

Im sure its tough to think clearly when being dragged, but if you can remember one thing its Roll Over. The toes of your foot hang up in a stirrup, but the Heel will slide out. I have seen this actually used in a rodeo dragging; it works.

You don't have to get breakaways (yes they ARE expensive! :O) - what about these? They're cheaper, only $20 something. And would stop your foot getting caught in the first place.
