getting back in to shape!

Tonight i have a 2-hour lesson with my trainer and 3 other girls. we are all are on new horses this year! And i am on the youngest one, but i think he is good for his age.
But I need to start running to get rid of this winter warmth (fat) that i got lol. or else I might not make it though the show day!
