    Gelding Procedure(graphic)

After a lot of thought and tossing it around for about a week. I know its for the best I know own a gelding. All went well and he did just fine. A tiny bit of swelling but nothing serious. I pray all goes well I lost a stud I gelded years back ago due to Semolina. Here are the pics from the procedure very graphic. Tonya

Just had my yearling gelded too. I was a bit worried but he recovered really quickly. He was sedated and standing when he was gelded.

TY for your words of encouragement and approval on getting Bandit gelded. He does not appear to be in a lot of pain but I can't help to think that he is. I was slow trotting him this morning in the round pen he did try to buck a lil bit he nipped that in the bud real fast and realized its not time for that yet, LOL The next week I will be biting my nails.... my other colt got real sick 3 days after he was gelded. Please came Bandit in your prayers. I will keep yall posted and thanks so much again.

LMAO... I could understand why he got squeamish... not the same as a mans vasectomy. Please apologize to him for me. Thanks, Tonya
