scout is a nice fresian that is approved, and he is available for cross breeding.

Im not saying they don't do crossbreding just most breeders don't cross there best stallions cause it doesn't look good on there record and second im not ever sure registared fresians are allowed to be crossbred

Ok you take the foals to Keirings to get judge, the foal keirings are the ones where you have primi, you should take them back at 3yrs to get in the adult book, but the horse gets judged also for ster status at the same time, but most wont get ster till 4yrs old or older. We have two ster mares at our barn and though they are obvously ster they proubley couldnt get it now with all the issues FHANA is having. Now to be an aproved stallion thats some thing compleatly diffrent than ster, and it takes like a 90 day period to go through all the testing for a stallion to get aproved. So hopefully that makes sense to you.....

Good! Thor unfortunently Ive only meet one of his ofsprings in person and it was crossed with an appy, and well I dont get along with apps, grant it he did good once under saddle but the appy was just tooo strong for me, I've attached a pic of taj mahal my mare is breed to him and should be foaling by the end of the month
