No you CANNOT unless under extreme circumstances, such as multiple ppl using same sn. Other wise you are stuck with the SN you have

I read the FAQs but I still dont understand why I cant have a avatar...except that im not allowed....do i have to have a certain amount of points or posts...

Your membership level does not allow it. Look under membership levels in the FAQ
