Well our first horse, Gizmo, has a long straight forelock, and it covers up his beatiful star! Then the yearling we just bought has the cutest ever short fluffy poofy forelock! I like em both!

I like everything except one single braid down the middle. No reason why, I just do not care for the look.

I like lots of forelock! Long and straight, long and wavy, either way. Short puffy forelocks look so comical to me, while long full ones look very elegant. The very worst is the thin whispy ones! (The ones that are so light they stick straight out because they are not heavy enough to weigh down the cowlick/whorl underneath )
