    Fly-Die

A friend found this stuff in her garage-It's called "Prozap's Fly Die" it says it is for cattle and it is used for "fog or spray" it smells really strong almost like paint thinner. Has anyone ever heard of it? how do you use it? Im nervous to use it around their stalls because it smells so strong I wouldn't spray them with it-it's too strong. It has front label but no directions...The only one I could find online was a equine spray and that is not what this bottle is-It is actually a gallon and for cattle.

    Thanks!
    Taylor

Yeah I found that label but it isn't the same as what I have-mine is a fog or spray that is just the spray-on I think mine is a lot stronger...

That one is also a spray on

FOR BARNS, MILK ROOMS AND STABLES:
When used as a space spray, direct power sprayer toward
upper portion of the enclosure until area is filled with a
fine mist. If a coarse spray is used, apply wherever flies
congregate or alight, until surfaces are moistened. Avoid
contact with food or milk utensils. Close doors and windows before treatment when possible. This treatment
will kill resting adult flies. Do not remain in treated areas and ventilate the area after treatment is complete.
    Remove animals prior to treatment.

If this is old, there is a chance the chemicals have changed over the time period.

I would be leery of using it, as could make the horses want to lick the wood, or walls. Best thing to me, would be to get rid of it, especially since it doesn't say can be used on horses.

And dispose of properly too, not down drain or near drinking water.
