finding a horse's offspring

I know that there are some websites to research your horse's parents and thier parents and their parents and so on. BUT are there any websites to find a specific horse's offspring? I'm curious to find my mare's brothers or sisters and I have her papers that have her sire and dam's names for about 5 generations back, but I'm looking for any of her parent's other offspring. Her dam is a Tennessee Walker named Mackie Ann and her sire is a Spotted Saddle Horse named Top Gun's Chet. Anyone here know of any horses with these 2 in their papers? Or a website where I can find more info? (other than TWHBEA)

The TWHBEA is the best place to go since the Dam of your mare was registered you should be able to find any of the dam's produce if they too were registered TWH.
That is where I would start my search if it was me.
Other places to look would be the Racking Horse Association and the Spotted Saddle Horse Association.
What I think you are looking for are full and half siblings of your mare. If this is correct then you want to find a list of all (or as many possible) of the foals your mares dam had...those are your horse's siblings.
Horse's are considered related thru their dams.
They are full siblings if they the same dam AND the same sire as your mare, but if they have the same dam but different sires, then they are considered half siblings.
Horse's with the same sire, but not the same dam are not considered related...they are just "by the same sire."

I went to the TWHBEA website and logged in, but the IPEDs are don't help much. To get any actual pedigree/production records I have to upgrade my access to premium which costs $500!!! I guess I'm out of luck.
