The only way to find a horse's registration is to know his registered name or at least his sire or dam. You can narrow progeny down to a few, and pull the papers on them to see who matches, as well as contact owners too. So first off.....Registry Second.... His registered name, parents reg name.... If we don't have any of them, there is literally no way without you going and tracing the owners back.

sorry to say, no one will be able to find out if he is registered unless he has a tatoo...that might help.
