Smile Finally Coming Home!!!!

FINALLY!! Fiona is coming home Friday!!

the barn is being delivered tomorrow sometime, morning or afternoon. my dad already bought the stall mats so he'll be able to put those in tomorrow.

then my dad is going to put up the electric tape fence. then we have to pick up our hay, buy grain from Wishing Rock, and get our shavings.

my mom and i are having a shopping spree at Tractor Supply. water buckets, pitchforks, muck buckets...its gonna be a fun day LOL.

i'll be sure to get pics of Fiona at her new home for u all to see.

i'm so excited!! my baby is finally coming home!!

and 4 more months till the baby!!!

That barn is really neat. I love it. My mom has been looking into buying a house with land, but none of them have a barn on them. That would be so easy to put one like that up. Do they install it for you (like is it already put together) or do you have to put it together yourselves? Also I hope you don't mind me asking, you can PM me with it if you like, but around how much does one of though run in price? I went to the website and those barns are just lovely, exactly like something I want. Is there a place to store any hay or anything or is it just the three stalls? Also did you have to put a concrete foundation for it to be put on (my bf wants to know)? Thanks in advance.

the barn was around $6,000.

u need ur land excavated(sp?) and the excavater is suppose to put the foundation in for u. we did styrafoam(sp?) and then graval inside the demension where the barn will sit. its something to do w/ the ground in winter and something compacting or something like that.

country garages install it. they already have all the barns made, u just tell them how big the stalls are and then they put the walls in. they have some barns that have lil lofts, nothing big enough to have a lot of hay. but u can also buy a shed and put it right next to it. and i think if u buy a barn and shed at the same time they lower the price a lil.

hope i answered all ur questions. if there are any more i'll be happy to try and answer them

That is really nice! I've seen some like that before, but they all looked kind of tacky.
