Hey HorseCraze120 if you take my advice with the lateral flexions, be very careful to do it right. If you do it wrong, you could cause the horse to rear or worse flip. I would not want you or your horse to get hurt...please get professional help if you are not experienced with this...

I worked him today, and really worked on getting his head down. He fought me at first, but after about 15 mins of trotting he finally gave in. He definitely is a tough one to ride. And ouch do my arms hurt!
