Ok FIRST off, I'd question him on how the horses looked when he acquired them. Were they fat and healthy or were they skin and bones.

Second, he is "slaughtering" them. What are the regulations for slaughter over THERE. Remember, different countries have different rules. He may be "kosher" killing them, but that involves a very sharp knife, not an ax. But again, he may have that knife, and the news people only see the "AX" as he cuts the meat up.

Problem with ANY news story, you don't get all of it. They just publish the most gory parts to get ratings and people watching. When you start digging, you find out more and usually NOT as bad as the news medias make it out to be.

Oh that just makes me sick!! It reminds me of when there was a huge up roar about horse tripping in the ( mexican - I think ) rodeos. It was years ago, 20/20 did a big report on it. I just don't understand what must go - or not go through someones head.

Okay I 'm done.

I know. In another story on that site, the same man sold a starved horse to some kids who kept him in a small dark garage and rode him into the ground basically. He had a deep abcess on his foot and was beaten because they didnt feed him properly and he hardly had enough energy to move. then they got sick of him and just left the horse there to die. Luckly though the rescue ppl found the horse and gave him a good home. It was sad because in the story they said he had never even seen a proper field not to mention one with grass.
