Question Eventing Tack Question?

I am looking into eventing and I was wondering my close contact saddle and dressage saddle are different colors, should I purchase two different bridles or what should I do?

Here is the CC I am getting:

and this is the Dressage:

Just for reference.

Thanks, Hannah!

If you want to have matching tack for dressage and jumping go for it. But if you don't nobody is really going to care! If you got a dark brown or black bridle it would go just fine for all three phases.

I myself have two different bridles only because my horse uses two different bits, one for dressage and a different one for jumping.

It's going to be totaly up to you, nobody is really going to care or look at you strange if your bridle doesn't match the saddle, this isn't the hunters Just as long as your tack is safe that is what is important in eventing.

For dressage you are not allowed to wear any boots or wraps, you will be eliminated.

For cross country I would use a brushing or galloping boot. Woof Boots or Nunn Finer Boots are both excellent choices brand wise! Also, if they are velcro closures you should want to consider taping the boots as well to ensure that they don't come undone.

For stadium it's up to you, you can go with the same boots you used for XC, or you can go with no boots, or you can go with open fronts. Personally I go for open front boots in stadium.
