I Absolutely ADORE Wintec saddles, they are very comfy, especially on something that likes to bounce around, making a sitting trot very easy. I am actually buying a wintec around saturday

I have a newer wintec, I LOVE it.. it is so comfortable, and I love how I can adjust it for each horse, when I first bought it I had a pudgy Spanish Barb gelding and my skinny TB mare so I could change the gullet quickly and have both horses and ME be comfortable during a ride.

I've got 3 wintecs. Two are discontinued. My favourite is my Wintec Dressage with interchangeable gullet. Whoever says that the english Wintecs don't last long must be pretty rough as I've got an old Wintec Sport 100 that I've had for almost 8 years and its still going strong. Its been repacked twice but the tree is still good and so are all of the mounts. I like them because they have the changeable gullet and don't go all mouldy in the monsoonal weather.

I have two wintecs as well and they have both lasted over 5 years and look like new I love them, next year I'm going to upgrade them and get a dressage and all purpose with the cair panels as well.
For the look of that one you couldn't go wrong.

Has anyone seen a Weaver Leather Synthetic Saddle? They are inexpensive, but look great!

Or even their leather saddles (Talking about English..)

my friend had one an personally i think they are rubbish!!

they are not the best to ride in an is extremely hard to find a perfect fit the always seem to roll round alot!

i would go for a leather saddle myself

Well right now I have two english saddles, a Stubben (which I looooove) and a Mel Y or something like that made in Argentina. I like both saddles, both are leather (obviously the stubben has better quality though) but a deal of the entire package for $200 is tempting. I was thinking about getting it for my young colt because of the tree that can be adjusted and stuff. If it doesn't work out, I was planning on selling it.
