English Show halter

I ordered this three weeks before Christmas and its STILL on backorder..must be very popular lol. What do you think? Good enough for English Grooming and showmanship classes? I got a black shank to go with it..also can I still use it to show if I get it monogrammed?

What type of monogramming are you talking about?
The design on the insert?

Speaking for myself, with this type of halter I would probably want to keep it plain with nothing put on it. That way it leaves me with the chance that could be used to show more than one horse if even needed.

What I would suggest is check the rules for the show you plain on participating in and if there is nothing in the rules for the classes you want to go in.... stating that the halter used has to be a "plain leather" one.... then if you think your horse looks best with some sort of design on the noseband then you should be okay.

If I were you, I wouldn't monogram it. It doesn't look as nice, and if you say end up using it for more than one horse, it wouldn't fit with the monogram you put on.

It looks more "professional" if you don't monogram it.

VERY nice though!
