English Saddle Fit - Looks decent?

I took out my english saddle to the barn to try on my mare. I personally don't think it fits all that well but I want your opinions too. I got the best photos I could. It's a Wintec with the Changeable Gullet System and it currently has the medium gullet/tree. I noticed that it's right against her at the top by the withers but the when you run your hand down it flares out towards the end. This is probably an indication that it's too narrow up at the top but why is flaring out like that at the bottom? I couldn't say at all that my mare is that stout, yes she's gained a bit of weight since I got her and she's developed some muscle. Also, I think when I ride her in it that the front get's raised up more. Would some kind of other pad help? I'd love some opinions and thoughts on how this looks on her. Recently I found out my western saddle isn't the best fit so I was thinking of riding her in my english but I don't really think it fits all that well. Anyone have any suggestions on a brand of saddle that could fit her and this time I think I want a Dressage.

The saddle is a bit too far back, it should rest farther forward - on her withers, so you should put it there then re-take. But I think it is a good deal too narrow. And as for it flaring out, it's just because of the synthetic material. Once you have a girth on it it'll fit better.

Here is a photo of the saddle on my horse when she's in motion. It did slide forward a bit so is it still to far back?

This saddle doesn't look too far back to me (the first one), you should gauge it by the shoulder not by the withers. Why in the world would a saddle 'sit on the withers'? That seems entirely too far forward to me...

I agree. The first picture is a better placement of the saddle.

Not 'on' the withers, I did word that wrong. I might just be speaking jibberish as my pony always liked the girth pretty far foward...

This is a bad pic but this is where I have always put my saddle

This is what happens to it when she's in motion. She was on the lunge. The first photos I posted is how I put the saddle on her and after awhile the saddle move that much forward...

It's perched in front and just looks awkward. I would try the next wide gullet and see if that helps any.
