I need some help. lol. I have to write 5 pages on "What A Modern American Is"

What do you think a modern american is?

i totally had an assignment similar to that last year in my Advanced Composition class...only it was "The Ideal American Is..."

Just think of things that pertain to you and people you know, like the way they dress, music people listen to, cars they drive, etc. You are gonna hafta fudge some of it, but i have some good sources if you need them

I really think a Modern American is some one who has higher education, is up to date on current events (ie the war in Iraq), has a grasp on technology, and honestly,
works theirselves to death for the almighty dollar, runs themselves ragged to the point of nearly killing themselves, and therefore tends to be grouchy and irritable all the time, affecting their health in all the unhealthy ways imaginable, and all this just to keep up with the demands of todays lifestyle. Thats what I think. Sorry. Cant help much on this one.

youre welcome though i dont see how it could have been much help. I just think we as americans tend to shake hands with the clock too much and never take the time to smell the roses as the old saying goes.

lol yea.. i was just thinking way too hard about and i was thinking too in depth abotu what to say. i knew what i wanted to but for some reason i couldnt put it down on paper... its just oen of those days i guess..
