Endurance Saddles

Hey guys, anyone know any good endurance saddle that is low enough to allow you to jump while out riding? I dont really know anything about endurance saddles but ive seen low cantles and higher ones, just wondering if any of you have any expertise in endurance saddles?

We ride in one EXACTLY like this. It is quite comfortable.
