Made it to day 305! Every day is somethin'!

No news is good news. Last update I got was that they'd let me know if anything changed. no word = no change = good news! (Which is actually great news because last year she progressed really fast from the bagging up stage)

I expect I'll get an update tonight or tomorrow morning either way. I'm dying to call but it is a holiday weekend (though Ebony is at their house, so she's still getting 24/7 care/monitoring) and I really do trust them to let me know if I need to know anything.

I'm not paying them to hold my hand. LOL That's what you guys are for.

Well yay for making it an extra few days! Hopefully she was just giving you a scare and faking those signs to get more attention .

That is soo good, every day is another mountain climbed and more time for the developing baby. Of course we are all here to help you, we ARE a big family on here aren't we? lol
Hope that when baby does come that all will be well!

EBONY! Listen here, missy mare, you better keep that tail down and that butt of yours nice and firm! No jello tush! Buns of steel! C'mon, woman, you can do it!

(I can't wait to see the little curly baby, though!)

Latest update is that she's holding off with no major additional developments.

306 and counting!

Another big breeder was telling me that lots of mares are bagging up early this year. I'm breathing a little deeper now that we've passed the window of milky-milk to actual foaling that she took last year without any other big signs it'll be soon.

I have a hand or an ear if you need to scream. Yep mares are being weird this year. It has been **** trying to get them bred. Hoping she continues to hold out for you a few more days.

Well that is some good news at least...Hopefully is she can hold out for another week or so everything should be fine. Maybe she just got a little stressed from the transport?
