Ebay Paypal.

dont know if this belongs here but I bid on some lime green polos and I won the bid
payed the Owner, and I never got an email saying that she got my paypal absolutley nothing. I emailed her quite a few times and still no reply.
what should I do? this was about 2 weeks ago? should I give it time or is there a way I can get ebay to contact her?

Did you get a conformation from Paypal that you payed?

Contact ebay first. They will be really helpful. Then I'd contact the lady and tell her you arlready contacted ebay. ORRRR, you can tell a small lie, and tell the lady you contacted ebay already, ORRRR, you can tell her you WILL contact ebay. haha! Lots of choices you can do! But I know ebay will be VERY helpful.

You can wait longer just in case they are on holidays but then again you should have got an “auto response" from their email – if they know how to set it up), or if you go to the left side on your EBay screen there is a “dispute console” You file your complaint with them.

You can see if she recieved the money by going to your Pay Pal account. If she did and accepted it, then you can file a claim. Claims are easy to undo, and I guarantee it will get her attention.

ok thank you I got a conformation saying I paid and it even went through on my visa card,
and I contacted ebay. i told her I would if she didnt get back to me.
hopefully they repond. and thanks finally own a horse I will look on my paypal account

does that mean she accepted it?

File a complaint with paypal NOW the longer you wait the harder it is to get the money back from what I hear
