Go to Paypal, their will be a button somewhere to open a claim. It walks you through the whole process. You have to search for the word/button to click on. I think its on the left side after you are signed in. Just move around the site and look for it.

It is very easy to do. I had to do it once.

Im sorry to hear about your problem, that sucks, I too shop on ebay ALL the time for horse stuff (proably ordered over 60 items) and never have had a problem. Thats too bad, hopefully she will send them to you asap. Did she have a good ebay rating ?

what should I do? this was about 2 weeks ago? should I give it time or is there a way I can get ebay to contact her?

thanks
Go to your ebay auction and read it carefully. It can take up to 3 weeks to get your stuff. I have never not recieved my items but I have had to wait up to 3 weeks for them and there have been times when I never recieved a notice from the seller.
