Those moments when you just wish you had a cammra? or someone around you did?

Okay so I ride TWHs for a trainer down here and Im pretty much willing to get on ANYTHING. The stallion I ride is one of the worss I have ever gotten on hes fast when he bucks and rears.

So anyways we have this mare that is ALWAYS in heat and squats when you ride her so we wanted to try breeding her hoping it would make her rideable....so she hadent been rode in about 3mo and I decided it would be a GREAT idea to jump on her bareback with just a bridle. I attempted to flat walk her and she tried to take off on me lol apparently not a great idea? so i turn her i na circle till she stops then im like okay lets just walk and she rears! The trainer said i had the BIGGEST smile on my face and the fact that i didnt have to grab ahold of the mares mane was sweet. she did this like 3 more times but i had to grab her mane the other times so i didnt get her in the mouth or fall off becuase I had wet jeans!

But I wish I had a picture of her doing this!

I do that a lot! My horse will do a funny antic but I won't have a camera!

When I first read the last sentence I thought it said you had wet YOUR jeans... wouldnt have blamed you!

And yea, I hate it when something good (or bad) happens and I dont have my camera...

I would have gotten off after the first rear, REARing is Dangerous, unless it is a trained trick horse...I don't need a broken hip, or worst, if the horse decides to fall over.....Cathy

I was tottaly ready to bail if she felt like she was unsteady Im kinda used to horses rearing on me the stallion I ride did it one time and his feet clicked above his head after he landed i made him canter off then stop after 5 strides so i could get my wits...
mabey I AM crazy.... but its never been something that frecked me out and I have only had to bail once
