Post Donkey breeding to a pony mare?

I am trying this one more time.
My friends painted pony mare may be bred to a doneky. (they call it a jack---, which I cant get to come on the screen)
She is being told by a few people if it comes out a painted donkey/pony it could be worth a lot of money. Can anyone help out here? Any thing would help. Thanks!

Well the offspring would not be a pony or a jack/jennet. It would be a mule. I would imagine that a spotted DONKEY would be worth more than a spotted mule. My friend has a spotted mule that she shows nationwide. As far as colors go, I'm not sure how much he'd be worth.

I already pretty much answered the question on the other post you made.

This mule's value depends on who it gets sold to. If the buyer wants to show this painted mule, then it could be worth 7k. But if you are selling to somebody looking for a cart mule, then it would be no more valuable than a brown mule.
