Wink Does Your Pony have the Magic??

This grey arab always rolled around in the mud and in her stall. but when i would go to groom her she would be perfectly clean?
how does this happen you ask?
she had a magical coat!!

not really. she had a reallly nice coat that repelled dirt. all she had to do was shake once and walla! she was clean. bet you wish your grey mare could do that! lol

Has any one else seen this??

I've seen some of this happen. The horse's coat is just very oily and thin (so it laid down really flat and was very soft). Dirt just comes right off of him and doesn't get deep and down in there. Lucky owner. My horse is so hard to keep super clean.

My horse does that! She's a palomino though, and boy do I love her for her magical coat. She rolls around in the mud and dirt when I say goodbye to her, the next morning there isn't a trace of it on her body.

You know, I think my curlies may have a little of this.

Neither one ever has manure stains, and when dirt is on their coat it's on the tips of the hair. I was brushing ebony today and wondering if that was so unusual, actually. She'd rolled in a mud puddle but with one swipe of the dandy her coat was white (well, dull yellowish white ) again.
