She will be two on April 29th and we are in Alabama.

Well *babyruth* can answer this better, but I see she is not on here, so I can tell you what I know.

She is almost 2 so her only training ( I think) would be, ground manners, halter, farrier, standing tied, clipping, bathing, etc... She is a quarter horse, I am not sure on price or height or hunter type.

I bought the full brother to this horse and I can say you won't be dissapointed in Suri, she is gorgeous. Also babyruth is an excellent seller, you can totally trust her, and she stands by her word. I would reccomend her to anyone who is looking to purchase. You can check out her photo gallery, she has tons of pics of Suri in there.

And when she logs back in she can answer your questions much better

Suri is a 2 year old quarter horse. Her registered name is Duchess of Hancock and here is here pedigree. She has not been started under saddle yet, but she does have excellent ground manners, is easy to handle and will do pretty much anything you ask of her - very quick learner. She was shown in an open halter association last year and finished up high point winner in the association and saddle club and wound up fifth in the state for two year old and under.

She is a little over 15 hands right now and appears to be going through another growing spurt at the moment.

Price is something that would have to be discussed but I assure you I say that only because I want to be fair to everyone involved. It is no secret that last year some leg issues were a factor and they will need to be re-evaluated again to make sure that everything has progressed as it should have.

As for being a hunter type - not real sure about that, but who knows. We do have another horse that is a 5 year old mare that does ride and with proper training could possibly fit that bill.
