Live in Missouri that could possibly help me find a horse?!

Im a jumper/dressage.
I've been riding for 3 years.
so something like a 5 (1 bombproof-10 spirited) i can handle.
I don't care about breeds.
but i just need something can jump and do dressage.
Im 5'5-5'6 so i need something about 16 hh-17 hh.
So anything like that works.
colors don't really matter.

Even if you don't live in Missouri i'd be glad for the help!!

my price range right now really is about $1-$2000.
