| Does anybody know of good yoga DVDs?
Well, I've had this goal for the last three years now to get into yoga religously to improve my riding balance and harmony etc etc. (Havn't really done it yet though) I have some yoga videos, but they are either too easy or waaaaay too hard. (Like standing on your toes on one foot in a weird crouchy position with your hands out in front of you, and your other leg crossed over and not touching the floor) All my "beginner" tapes are too easy. And while yeah, I'm not as flexible as the person on the DVD, I can still do all the positions. Does anybody know of any semi-beginner, semi-intermediate videos that are REALLY good, and not too long? (Seriously, I have one that's like 2 hours long. Who has two hours to do yoga??) I have a couple by Rodnee Yee, some other ones too. Just wanted to hear your suggestions.
