what do you do to not get nervous before a show?

aaaah! i'm fre*king out! i have this GINORMOUS show on saturday (yes saturday!) and i'm ALREADY panicking

! i've done lots of shows before, but usually i just go to watch this show because its high levels etc.. but with my new barn everyone goes.. so i'm going with Ozzy.. but it'll be my friend time showing him.. and its a biggggggg show!

so i just wanted to know if you guys have any tips on how to not get nervous or calm your nerves and how to prepare for a big show? You guys are always great at answering my questions, so i thought i would ask you guys first before asking some other people at the barn, hehe

oh just thought of another question! lolz, just wanted to know.. i have a HUGE problem with remembering courses.. any tips on how to remember them?

just relax.... trust your horse!! you guys will do good!! calm down... breathe. one two breathe one two! lol just joking!! i always had the fear of forgetting courses! but if you have time to practice before, use it!! practice, practice, practice! practice so much you can't forget!!

it will come with expirence. From a young age i was a gymnast so i am used to performing in front of crowds. I never get nervous nemore its easy to compete. So with expirence it will come.
