Probably the wrong choice of word of my part. I ment by using this technique, your making the horse do what you want by not having them in the full state of mind. Isn't that what drugs do?
Don't get me wrong, I can see where this would be benificial with restraining a difficult horse when being shod, etc, but to use it on a yearling? How would that be helping the horse? Plus, I personally think yearlings are way to young to support a person anyway.

Yeah, I liked the GAMES!! But it gave you like, TWO MINUTES to type like, a chapter from Black Beauty!! That was a bit ridiculous...I quit the class, but learned to type on my own, and now im pretty fast. Now, how did it get from endorhins to this? lol...I better read the rest of the thread.

Guys, please don't get off topic, I want to see this thread kept open...

You guys are being to hard, I am not sure if I agree for a training, but I have a hard to handle horse, and this might be a possibility.

Please be nice to the new forum member...
Welcome to the forum!

I just thought you guys should know..

He posted the EXACT same post on the HI forums.

Some of the things he mentioned were really disturbing to say the least.

The post doesn't exsist anymore, because we had a moderator close, delete it and ban him.

He said this "tap" thing "dopes up" the horse to make training easier.
After tons of people told him that's NOT how you train a horse, and we told him it was inhumane, he went on to insult our horse knownledge, and call simple pleasures in life, such as barrel racing (and even eating chocolates and horses in movies) inhumane. He also said that bucking brancos, and spurs were inhumane, and he insulted natural horsemenship and many, many other things.

Yet it was okay for him to "dope up" a horse to train it? A yearling, none the less, which he claimed needed to be trained in one day for racing.

I wish I would've known sooner he was posting here, because before the topic was deleted, I would've shown you guys.

What he's advertising is an inhumane, cheap, "easy" way to literally dope up a horse with it's own endorphins, released forcefully to "train".

But you can see where we requested to have it closed (a person also said he was posting here, which is why I came here to tell you guys that this person is sick and he's just trying to advertise a horse product to people and he should be banned from your forums):

I think you guys should do the right thing before it gets more out of hand and somebody really does try this with an unbroke yearling and finds themselves laying in a hospital bed or worse, burying their horse.
