Images: 3  | How do I find out if my horse is registered??? I was told that Chico's registered name is Keyhole Sassy Doc but I don't know how to find out... and tonight I'm going to look at Legends (my OTTB) tattoo and figure out where he came from. and if chico isn't registered is there anyway I could get him registered or find out who his sire/dam are?

| Senior Member  | i looked up that name on the allbreedpedigree.com site and nothing came up. so you dont know who his dam or sire is? i should think AQHA.com should be able to help you with those questions. http://www.aqha.com/association/benefits/records.html

| Senior Member+  | well, lucky you I can make this very easy for you! Notice the name Keyhole Sassy Doc? I can tell you who bred the horse (via pm) if you like. They might have the papers or info on who does. I am assuming this is a QH and you bought it in Az or it originated in Az and it has a brand on it as well? If not the brand then odds are I still know the breeders. They have only had 4-5ish stallions over the years (I can only remember 4) so it might be a lil hard but not impossible

| Senior Member+ | haha so even easier for me, The sire of your horse is Boston's Watch me Too (might be slightly off on the spelling). He is a big buckskin stallion who is now in California I believe but seeing the age of your gelding it was while he was sitll here in Az

| Senior Member | ^ Mare has proved the allbreedpedigree site to be... incomplete. lol i could find the sire listed but it doesnt show that many of his progeny.
