Directions for making rope halters?

Does anyone have some easy to follow directions for making rope halters? I'd like to try and make some of my own. lol...key word TRY!

But the rope she and I used was not the right kind of rope. do not use any rough rope use something soft. Its worth a try I made one when I was bored one day it fit sassy good when I tried it on her it was just the wrong type of rope.

i have made rope halters, it is easy once you get the knots figured out. it is mostly a matter of measuring and then tying the knots. i really liked it. it is fairly easy, they are sturdy, and comparitivly cheep. i would not suggest using the istructions on the previously mentioned web site.

the fiadore knot is what the pros use on the halters you buy. it isnt as complicated as it looks. i cant find the ones i am looking for, but i will keep trying.

I actually made one last night. He was all good until like the very last part. I didn't have enought to tie it at the bottome to make the loop where your lead rope is suppose to attach. It was so frustrating too. I might try and make another one but I don't know.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll take a look at those sites you all posted. I thought I'd give it a try, see what happens. If it works, then it works. lol.
