Did I mention my dressage horse neck reins?

Yeah, I found that out yesterday. LOL.

We were working on balanced turns yesterday and my trainer was like "you should use it to your advantage for training this that he neck reins" and I was like "He doesn't neck rein!!" and so he told me to ride down the center line and lay the left rein on Regal's neck at X... I did and he turned like he knew exactly what it meant!!

How funny is that?! I have NO idea where he learned it, either, cause his last owner was the peron who trained him in the first place and she direct reined! How funny.

Mickey neck reins, but then he was used to Western, and English. We bought him because he didn't exactly fit in to their ranch because he was a jumper, unlike the rest of their horses...
