Highly depends on the age, your individual climate, whether you have a closed herd or not, whether you frequently travel, what your home parasite management is like, and what your feed is like.

Depends on your fecal egg counts. Some horses need to be dewormed often, other not so often. FEC helps to determin if your horse needs treatment, and if your current deworming program is still effective. Deworming every 60 days helps spread resistance and deworming with a different drug is a waste of money. Research shows deworming every 60 days with a different drug horses typically only get two effective treatments.

I think its like every 4-6 weeks.
Some people quit during winter.
Check the back of the box to see if its safe for foals 6 months and younger.
You could buy something like STRONGID C 2x where you feed it to them on a daily basis.

Most horses do well following the recommendations on the back of the box. For Ivermectin, that would be 8 weeks after deworming. For Quest (or similar) that would be 12 weeks. For pyrantel, that would be 6 weeks. Those are the only 3 products/ingredients I use to deworm. Most others have been shown to be ineffective in adult horses. I double dose with the pyrantel, or use TapeCare+ which is a double dose of pyrantel in one tube. Single dose of pyrantel has shown not to be as effective as a double dose.

You CAN deworm as often as every 6 weeks with Ivermectin based dewormers and Quest, every 4 weeks with all other products, but not all horses need deworming that often.

My horses are in their own paddocks, which are dug/cleaned weekly. We do very little traveling. They are dewormed every 8-12 weeks, depending on what I used last time.

Actually Panacur (fenbendazole) is the chemical that has so many resistance issues with strongyles that it's not really useful in adult horses in more than 90% of the areas tested.

And TapeCare+ is a double dose of pyrantel pamoate which is proven effective at killing tapeworms. Fenbendazole is not effective against equine tapeworms at single the dose, double dose or double dose for 5 days (Powerpac).

Thanks Ryle, it's too early in the morning, lol. Pyrantel is the 3rd ingrediant that I use, not Panacur. I have edited my post to correct that.

LOL I know the feeling. No matter how much caffiene I take in today all I want to do is sleep. I hate being just enough under the weather to not feel like doing anything but still want to and know you need to.
