DancingLite - In the thread below, about getting a Western headset posted by LadyDulcinea, I pasted the link to this thread for her information. I guess that is how it got pulled up. Anyway, the thread may not be current anymore, but the info in it still is.

Post ridegrrl

i realize this is old, and prolly non active, but ridegrrl i have a few questions for you, if you don't mind me asking them, i've been working on my APHA mare "Robin" on working long and low, and half halts, she was doing WONDERFULLY until it snowed and got cold and we didn't ride for a month! and we will be getting started again soon, one of my biggest problems with Robin, that i don't know how to fix is she doesn't travel straight, she either looks way inside, or outside, and if i try and put leg on her she speeds up, then i slow her back down and try again, she really avoids my leg, and doesn't respond well to it, she's 12, and has been a real pasture ornament for the most part....we have also been working on getting on the verticle, and using her self right, which she is getting, but VERY slowly! thank you for anyhelp you can offer!

They often get closed when they re-appear as a new thread, but as long as they remain a link within a thread they seem to stay. My concern is that if we already have a thread on headset ( all be it western) one may be closed.

You have done nothing really wrong But old threads can cause confusion when someone reply to something so old. You will also note some members have been banned on this thread.

I did notice that, yes. I just follow the links at the bottom of the page, or the links on the main page, I don't go searching achives. Information is information, three years ago or now. I can understand that it may be problems for the moderators, however, so for that I am sorry.
