| Senior Member+ | Designing for my trainer...
Okay, so I've been doing graphic design and web design for the past 8 years. I've designed a couple of sites for other people over the years, but mostly have focused on desiging and re-designing my own sites. But now... I am in charge of all design for my trainer's business and our show team. Woo! I mean, the website, the logo, the business cards, the whole she-bang. I'm really excited to be getting my work out there and am hoping to get a few more clients as a result. I've been lazy about putting myself out there and getting my designs seen...and this is my first time working for someone and designing for them. It's daunting, but it's got me thinking more. I have to make the client (lol, my trainer) happy, at the same time staying within the bounds of my own style. So, I just thought I'd share the design for our logo, and the beginnings of the website. It's far from being done, so it's still a graphic. But I'm all excited, we are having my logo stuck on the backs of jackets and saddle pads for shows. Lol, I was just supposed to be doing the site but Gina said she liked my design so much she wanted me to do the logo too...it'll be the first time anyone has ever seen my work really, she likes it so far. I can't wait to have my jacket. I am doing the site in exchange for a free lesson a week and free body clipping for Nova when I need it. Pretty nice deal, especially since I only planned on charging $150 for my sites anyways... Anyways... ![]() ![]() Note: Remember, this will be embroidered, so I tried to keep it pretty pixelized in order to make it cleaner and easier to put through a machine.

Thanks everyone, means a lot. Maybe it'll inspire me to get a business up and running or something. It is a TON of work though.

| Senior Member+ | Wow, that is really nice! I love it. Nice colors, has everything but is clean and easy to access. Very nice indeed And the logo is very neat as well; simple, easy to remember, but distinctive.
