Dean from PEC criminally charged

And I have kept my mouth shut as she threatened to sue me for slander though I *knew* the truth-it is now PUBLIC RECORD so I can share that
King County Prosecuting Attorney's office has formally CRIMINALLY CHARGED Dean Soloman, owner of PEC with 4 counts of animal cruelty in the 2nd degree, to be arraigned in Kent at the RJC on 4/29 at 9 am in courtroom G.

Case number 081-042673KNT

there is nothing slanderous about sharing information on a public court case. I simply want to share this with all of those who expressed concern (many of whom knew of PEC)

If you want to attend, her PUBLIC arraignment is 4/29/08 at 9 am. If you want to send a note expressing your feelings to the King County Prosecuting Attorney you may email attorney.prosecuting@kingcounty.gov . Be sure to reference the case number.

Any time there is enough evidence to file 2nd degree criminal charges we need to encourage our governement to follow through and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law- not just let people slink away and move and get even more horses.

I wanted to share this with all the people who were so supportive when I called this out months ago and Dean herself got on here (and other places) and called me a liar and such, and threatened me. It was King County Animal Control who filed these charges to their prosecuter so I applaud them.

WOW, that was one LONG read! I wasn't a member when all that was happening.

Is there a link to read about the exact charges?

I just got done reading all the posts in the first thread. I get to the end where they have a picture of the "pasture" and if you look at it and the arial shot that "pasture" is set up as a Motorcross track with jumps in it. Is that a proper place to have a horse and also the pasture part that is close up was disgusting!!!!!

Sorry Just had to event about that old thread and I am glad Dean is up on charges!

I wish we could treat people the way that they treated their animals no matter if dogs or horses or what. Maybe it would open their eyes!

I agree! What she has done and the fools that still support her is absolutely absurd and this is a long time coming.
