| Senior Member+ | i know that all horses can be dangerous as they have a mind of their own but i dont think a horse should ever be put down anless its really hurt or in pain if a horse is dangerous alot it should go to a trainer that loves horses and is willing to make a bond with it |

| Senior Member+ | I have seen some horses that even if they were sent to trainers were down right dangerous. One particular horse came to mind that was extremely well endowed in the bucking, kicking, biting and rearing department. Trainers wouldn't take her. She was extremely malicious around people. Sometimes its better to have them destroyed than to risk someone's safety. Though, I don't think all horses are dangerous.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think that all horses are dangerous. Anything with that much strength, power, and unpredictability is dangerous. Plain and simple. But, you can do things that will help you mitigate the danger. For example, you train your horse to listen to basic commands. You work with it to respect you. you wear boots, instead of flip-flops to protect your feet. You have a helmet to protect your head... etc. Some horses are more dangerous than others, and the ones that are dangerous are often either underhandled or abused. Not always, but often. Does that mean they should be put down? I don't necessarily think so. But, I do think that there are some who have been mistreated to the point that the only safe thing that you will be able to do with them is put them down, humanily of course. Kelly |

| Senior Member+ | Unless the horse was 23 years old, never been handle, never been tame, is very dangerous than I think it is a right idea to put it down. Put if it a young foal or even a 5 years old than it worth putting training on and tame it.
